Let me start by stating I have a pretty strong knowledge of how HVAC systems work and the costs associated with repair... With the being said... I couldn't be happier with my interactions with Mitch Craig's staff. My air conditioner started freezing over in the hot August heat. I had a different company come charge the A/C and it went out again. I wasn't able get the other company to come back in a timely manner and needed a repair option. I drive by the Mitch Craig office off of I65 in Sellersburg daily so I decided to call them for options. Mitch Craigs office scheduled me quickly and Mike came out the same day. Mike was able to determine a pretty back leak in the A Coil (witnessed the leak myself). They gave me the option to replace the (outdated) 410a coil or the option of full replacement. I fully understood the risks of replacing the coil with only a 1 year warranty on the part as it was outdated and the risk that I may have to spend considerably more money if the system had any further issues as 410a has been discontinued. I was given a very reasonable estimate to replace the full system and decided that was my best option long term and provided full piece of mind. Mitch Craigs staff was able to install the new system in a timely manner and I never felt pressured to make a decision for the more costly full replacement. These guys were great and I will gladly recommend them! Thank you.

From the very first step Mitch Craig Heating and Cooling proved themselves as a highly professional, honest and knowledgeable. They are 10 steps above all the other guys out there. My family's experience is that we made a call based on online reviews. An appointment was made for the very next morning at 8:30 a.m., A representative from Mitch Craig was David he arrived exactly on time this was impressive from the very beginning. David was very thorough he looked throughout our heating and cooling and knew exactly what we needed. We were able to get a quote right then and there, and let me say this quote was better than any I'd had even in the past. We took the rest of the day to get the financing in order made the call that we were ready that day that evening, we received a call from Bill within an hour asking if it would be okay if they came the next morning at 9:00 a.m. to install our units. I have health issues and the heat was really messing with my health and they understood that so well that they made us a priority, it was amazing to hear we were truly truly touched. Our technicians were Carver and Devan , they arrived at exactly 9:00 a.m. as promised we weren't given a window we were given a time and they arrived exactly when they said they would They were prepared immediately They were so friendly. They were friendly with our dogs unbothered by them ,were very courteous and clean. They explained every process and everything that they were doing and why with each step of the way just as David the day before had explained everything to us in detail and in writing. It only took few hours for them to install both our inside and outside unit and with within 2 hours My house was cool enough that myself and my dogs started to come back to our normal selves. I cannot describe in words enough how grateful and how wonderful this whole experience had been from that very first phone call. If you need a new system like we did or if you just need a repair I urge you to give Mitch Craig a call because it is my opinion and my families that they are the best at what they do. You won't find a better price or a better system than through them. They hauled away all the old equipment so we didn't even have to deal with that. It would be the best decision you ever make when it comes to heating and cooling your home or business. I hope that they see this review so that I can say once again thank you so so so much we really are so grateful for you and all that you do.

My husband and I were noticing condensation on our air ducts and called for an inspection. Chris came and looked at everything for us. He was very nice and professional and gave us helpful suggestions on how to prevent the issue. The pricing of his visit was a reasonable price and he didn't try to push any sales on us, which was a relief to us. I felt like he had our best interests in mind and truly wanted to help us with our issue. We will definitely call them in the future.

Clayton from Mitch Craig diagnosed my fault connector in minutes! I had tried to troubleshoot the system myself -well, bought a new capacitor 😂. After that didn't work, Clayton found the fault and replaced the part in minutes! Also charged up the system with some r410 and had the system purring away- tout suite!

Came out same day. Called before they headed our way. Estimate on time to get to our house was spot on. Affordable. Super kind. We got Chris and he was great. Highly reccomend! Super thankful to be cooling again in this weather!

I am a handicap senior and my A/C unit went out several days ago and it’s an old unit so I started my search for repair when I read all the reviews on Mitch Craig I gave them a call and they sent out a service rep. Within the hour he looked the situation over and gave me a quote for replacing both and I was amazed at the price I agreed to replace but this is amazing it was 85* in my house and he got with the owner and within 45-minutes a tech was there to get my old unit going (we were under a heat advisory) the next day the crew arrived at 9-am and by 2-pm had both units installed and running my house is now comfortable, not many if any companies out there would have done what they did I can’t thank you enough you have my business for sure and you will be highly recommended by me many thanks.

Mitch Craig cooling is fast service. I was without air for 4 days . I called them they came out first thing Monday morning and fixed my air. The young man was very nice and got the job done fast. The price was a lot less then someone else I have used before. I will always use Craig from now on. Thanks from me and my dog.

Devin and Michael installed a new AC unit in one of houses and the experience was excellent. Very profesional, high quality. I highly recomend Mitch Craig for commercial and residential AC needs. Also, Mike has been helping us to fix no only residential AC, he has a great knowledge and experience in commercial. He is an excellent professional.

Best HVAC in the area hands down! We got a few quotes from some businesses around the area, and Mitch Craig Heating and Cooling gave us the best price. We had heard from some friends that they were a great company, so we went with them. They did what they said they would, and the install went super smooth! We have now recommended them to many other’s. They are VERY truthful, even if they would lose money. Other companies try to upsell, whether you need it or not. Not this company! I will never go anywhere else!

I reached out on a Monday afternoon to Mitch Craig about replacing my air conditioning and gas furnace units. The next morning their Service Manager David came to my house and assessed my heating/cooling needs and ran through my options. He made sure that I was comfortable with my decisions every step of the way. A representative from Mitch Craig Customer Service called me on Thursday afternoon and advised all my new equipment had arrived and we scheduled it to have it installed the next day at 9 am. Their installation team of AJ and Carver arrived Friday morning just prior to 9 am and got right to work. These two young men were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The installation was seamless and I could not be more happy that I chose Mitch Craig. I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

I’d gotten quotes from BJs and Jarboes to replace my AC and furnace; Mitch Craig was cheaper than both by $1500. Chris came out to evaluate and I felt he was honest in his evaluation. I didn’t feel pressure to purchase or sign a contract. Then AJ and Carver installed the unit. They were kind, quick, and I’ve got AC that works in June so that’s all that really matters! I also think their service contract is a great deal.

Just had our unit installed and they did amazing! They were super nice and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves great. We got 5 different quotes and they were the least expensive. Couldn’t recommend them more!
