So happy we found this company. Technician Clayton arrived at our house within an hour of calling their office. He was great, very thorough, personable, kind…he had us up and running in less than 1 hour. We signed up for their maintenance plan. Highly recommend.

First of all I am amazed at how prompt those at Mitch Craig is in responding to emails and other communication as well as how soon they were able to complete the installation of a new heating and cooling unit. Then when the time came for the unit to be installed, AJ and Darren were wonderful! They were hardworking, stuck to task, respectful, and I could sense integrity that is not often seen these days. To say I was pleased with the service AJ and Darren and the whole Mitch Craig staff would be an understatement. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic! I will definitely use them for all future HVAC maintenance, fixes, replacement. They didn’t try to sell me on a replacement system (several places will just because it is 16 years old). Fixed all the problems and explained everything to me. It had been “fixed” in the past- but not the actual issue. I always said my house was like Swiss cheese. The system is better than it has been since I moved in! What a difference. Highly recommend them!

If need hvac work go to these guys! Jeremy and Brody did great replacing my unit and they did it for half the cost of all these other large hvac companies were quoting. Didn’t try to get me to sign up for a service I didn’t need and were very honest about what would be recommended. Will be only using them going forward!

I was blown away by the service and quality from our Mitch Craig Team! Wow! Their professionalism and efficiency are unmatched! We bought a 200 year old farmhouse that did not have a working system, though it did have two previous unworking systems. Mitch Craig sent out someone to quote a new system. He was timely and patient, giving us our options and explaining to us what each option entailed. We never felt rushed, even though it was getting late and he had quite a drive home. He even helped us change a few things after our initial quote when we had added questions. Then comes the team! Incredible! They were on time, they were kind and knew what they were doing. They answered questions I honestly didn't even know I was asking. I learned a lot. I felt comfortable going to work and was pleased to come home to a cleaner house than I left, as they swept every spot they touched. I even looked forward to them coming the next day and was sad to see them leave. Though I was not sad to see the old unit and eye-sore of duct work that they hauled away for me!!! I was not expecting that gift! The excellent knowledge they offered and comfort I now get to enjoy with the new unit, this is one very pleased customer! I recommend them to everyone I know...even those who don't yet need them. Thank you to my Mitch Craig Team! I will miss your smiling faces and your singing! Keep doing what you are doing...you are making a difference!

Great service! Furnace died on the coldest day of the year. They were at my home quickly and did great work. Price was reasonable too. Would highly recommend them!

Mitch installed my HVAC system about 10 years ago when his company was first starting out. I was so impressed back then that I have always recommended him to my family and friends. Today I had Mitch Craig’s team clean and service my HVAC system. Just like with Mitch, Brody and Chris were professional and explained in plain terms what the issue was. I dont know about you but when I make a big purchase the anxiety sets in! Mitch Craig Heating and cooling were wonderful to work with! I did not feel like I was pressured at all to choose their company. I am so glad I did! Starting off with Jeremy who came out and evaluated the situation.. his communication has been nothing short of amazing. Then A.J. and Darren came out to install my new equipment today. Both of them were very professional and did a great job. I had some extra rock in my driveway that I was using for my flower beds. They asked if I would like the left over rocks around the outside unit, as I was leaving work I told them just do whatever you think would look the best. I come home from work to a beautiful unit outside with rocks and a nice cool house! I definitely recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs!
